Every registration is all-inclusive. Matches, training blocks, tournament entry, the official match kit, video access and weather protection are all covered before the first whistle.

Liberty FC Academy's winter program is directed and coached by Daniel Gallegos. With rosters capped at ten players, the coaching staff sees every single touch a player takes — which is exactly the point of a small-sided indoor season.

Agreements

Parent waivers & agreements

Two agreements apply to every winter registration. Review them, acknowledge both, and sign below — your acknowledgment is then carried into the official online registration form.

Recurring charge authorization

By selecting the 3-Part Installment Plan, I authorize Liberty FC Academy to securely vault my payment card on file and automatically execute the scheduled charges on December 1, 2026 and December 22, 2026 ($137.50 each on the early bird plan, $147.50 each at the standard rate).

Non-refundable deposit & commitment

Team league dues, facility court blocks and custom uniforms are committed immediately upon sign-up. The initial deposit is strictly non-refundable: $275.00 on the early bird plan and $300.00 at the standard rate.

Uniform & match eligibility policy

Accounts must remain in good standing. Player uniform kits are distributed upon initial installment clearance, and failure to resolve declined payments within 5 days may result in a temporary suspension of match and tournament play until settled.

Video recording & analysis

I understand that practices and matches are recorded for coaching and video analysis, and that footage is shared with registered families after each session.

Photo & social media use

I grant Liberty FC Academy permission to use photos and video of my player in program communications and on the academy's social media channels, including @LibertyFCAcademy.

Requests & removal

I may contact the program director at any time to ask that specific content featuring my player be removed from public channels.

Everything about scheduling, roster policy, weather make-ups and how the installment plan works.

Games are 5v5 — four field players and a goalkeeper. Each squad is strictly capped at 10 players, so every player gets real minutes in the rotation.

The season runs December 2, 2026 through January 23, 2027 on the indoor turf at Sofive Meadowlands, 2 Palmer Terrace, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. It includes 7 league matches, 7 training sessions and the winter showcase tournament.

Every registration includes 3 pre-paid buffer facility hours reserved specifically for weather make-ups, so cancelled sessions are rescheduled without any extra cost to families.

Everything: 7 league matches with certified referees, 7 coach-led trainings, showcase tournament entry, the official Liberty FC kit (jersey, shorts, socks), post-session video access and the weather buffer hours.

You pay a non-refundable deposit at registration ($275 early bird / $300 standard), and the remaining balance is charged automatically to your card on file in two equal payments on December 1 and December 22, 2026. The Automatic Payment & Participation Agreement is required.
